How to Apply
HOW TO APPLY
Application Process
Follow our simple step-by-step admissions process to join the Ruimsig Academy community.

Get in Touch
Complete our online Application Form and upload your documents:
• Student passport / ID / Birth Certificate
• Past and recent school results
• Consent to release records
• Character reference

Assessment & Review
Once your application has been received, an assessment will be completed. We may invite you for an interview based on results.

Await Our Response
Our admissions officer will be in touch to inform you regarding the eligibility of admission for your child.

Interview
We request an informal interview with the family and child. This relaxed chat helps us with your child’s placement and entry level.

Offer
You will receive a letter of conditional offer for placement at Ruimsig Academy.

Acceptance
Once you have accepted your conditional offer, you will be required to submit proof of payment for registration.

Enrolment
You will receive an enrolment form and contract. Registration is confirmed once enrolment is complete and registration fee is paid.
08
Registration
You will receive all communication regarding your registration steps and arrangements to complete your child’s onboarding.
